Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK

We have different levels of delivery charges dependant on the weight, but offer FREE delivery on orders over £30, we use the post office 2nd classed recorded delivery, this excludes coaters, magnets and placemats as these are heavy and classed as fragile, this includes custom or bespoke orders on the fragile items, (a delivery price will be discussed when in correspondence of your custom sets) If you choose pick up/collection at check out then you must collect from our studio in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Returns 

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Items being returned need to be in the original condition they were sent in, with all packaging for a full refund of the item, this does not include postage. We do not cover the return postage. We would advise using a signed for service and keep proof of postage.

Please note that sale items, wax melts, earrings, carpet fresheners, room sprays and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

If the items are faulty when the customer receives them, the customer must notify Alfia on receiving the faulty goods. We would recommend that you send via a signed for service be used as proof of posting. On receiving the items we will conduct an inspection of the goods and if the items are found to be faulty we will refund and postage charge incurred. Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of Alfia, it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you used.

All made to order, custom and bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
